Launching Engagement Organizer for the First Time
- In Engagement, do one of the following:
- From the Local or Central File Room, select a binder. Then, select Tools > Engagement Organizer.
- In the Binder window, click Engagement Organizer on the Shortcuts bar.
- In the Binder window, select Tools > Engagement Organizer.
- If prompted, enter a work email, and then click OK. This is the email address where your verification code is sent. This prompt occurs if a work email address is not set up in Staff Properties in Engagement.
- Click Continue when you are prompted that your profile is not complete.
- Click Send the code. A verification code is sent to your work email address.
- Enter the verification code received in your work email into the Web browser.
- Click Submit.
- Do the following on the Profile page:
- Enter a login name.
Enter a phone number for receiving the log in identity verification code via text message, if needed.
- Set up and confirm a password that contains at least eight characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.
- Click Complete.
- If they are not already pre-populated, enter your CCH firm account number and login ID.
- Enter your password.
- Click Log In.

Click Send the code for a second email to be sent with a new verification code.
- Enter the verification code that you received in your email into the Web browser.

Click Submit.
- For most users, the organizer for the selected binder opens.
- If you are the default admin (ADMIN) for CCH ProSystem fx Engagement, then a Firm Users link and an Organizers link displays. This option is available only if your firm uses Engagement 2019.2.6 or newer versions. Use the Firm Users link to unassign a firm user from all organizers. Use the Organizers link to view a list of all organizers for the firm.
